On the way HOME

I cannot wait to hug my dogs and give the cat a scratch on the head. I think we are all ready to be home. I am also anxious to see my beautiful daughter. 2 weeks and 5 days is a long time. One last picture of David and Marley coming home. I don't know if Marley realizes we are going home. I think she is wondering where our next stop is. 

 

What an amazing vacation. 

Cleveland OH

We arrived in Cleveland at John's sisters house at about 8pm on Friday. We were excited to see family and were welcomed with open arms. 

  

Veronica and Alenka. 

Alenka's daughter Samantha graduated high school so a party was held for her on Saturday. It was fun to help set up and see all the people so supportive of Sam. 

John turned 50 in June so Alenka and I only thought it right that he should have a party too. The surprise went off without a hitch and everyone had an excellent time. It was fun to see people I hadn't seen in a while and exciting to meet people John has known for years. 

Monday we took a break from partying and had a quiet pool day. 

Buckley MI

We moved over a few miles to Buckley to see my sister as she came into town. Time was short but precious.

Lake City MI

We made it to my brothers house in MI at about 9pm on Tuesday. The kids and dog were so glad to be done with that very long driving day. 

We all ran around the LaRoche family farm for a while seeing chickens, ducks, pigs, and the new baby goat. 

It was wonderful to have family time.
